Reviews and Ratings
I had a decent stay at the resort, enjoying the breathtaking views and spacious rooms. However, the dining situation left much to be desired, with limited options and high prices, especially for families. Overall, it's a lovely place, but some areas really need improvement to enhance the experience.
I was really disappointed by my stay. While the room had a nice modern feel and a stunning view, the overall customer service was lacking. The prices at the restaurant felt extremely high for what was offered, and I found it frustrating that my needs for assistance and information were overlooked. Though the grounds had potential, they felt neglected and sad, which detracted from the experience overall.
Overall, my stay at the resort was a mix of positives and negatives. The beautiful lakeview from my room was breathtaking, and the pools provided fun for my kids. However, communication issues among the staff and a lack of maintenance in the recreational facilities were quite disappointing, especially considering the price I paid for the room.
I had a stay at the resort and experienced a mix of ups and downs. The location was stunning, with beautiful lake views, and I loved the amenities offered, like the heated pools. However, the dining options were quite expensive and the service in the restaurant could be slow. The accommodations felt rather pricey for what was provided, and I wished there were more inclusive options for activities.
